LITIGATION IS NOT AN END BUT A MEANS

We are real litigators: conducting legal proceedings is the basis of our office. In doing so, we apply a number of principles. We don’t see a lawsuit as an end in itself, but as a means to an end – your goal. Sometimes negotiation is better than litigating, more often negotiation is only done after a lawsuit has been started. And we don’t litigate if we think the chances of success are too low.

THE FIRST INTERVIEW IS NON-BINDING

At our firm, the initial consultation with an attorney is always without obligation. During an introductory meeting it is almost always possible to make a good estimate of both the chances of success of your case and the costs. We ask new clients to first email their legal question to us via a web form.

HOW WE USE THE RIGHT FOR YOU

Lawyers are there for their client and not for the common good. There are those who think that justice is mainly there for big, strong companies with deep pockets and for the government to exercise power. You may think that lawyers only want to work for these strong parties. We see that differently. For us, justice is precisely a wonderful system for offsetting power inequality and achieving just goals.
